Intention Massage and Skincare is by appointment only and may be booked online at https://intentionmassageandskincare.as.me/
Appointment booked Monday- Wednesday require 24hrs cancellation.
Appointment booked during prime times such as evenings, weekends(Thursday-Saturday) require a 48hr cancellation.
How to cancel your appointment?
Cancellation of your appointment must be done through the online scheduling system by opening your initial email confirmation or your appointment reminder. If you can not retrieve the email notification please text a cancellation request by text. Please keep in mind that if you text a request it must be done in the appropriate time frame.
All appointment require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go toward the requested services. Should you need to reschedule your appointment in the appropriate time frame the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled service.
Client who cancel the appointment outside the requested time frame. Client deposit will go toward cancellation fees. Client who cancel with less than a 24hr/48hr notice will be charged 50% of the regular price. Client who do not show or cancel the same day will be charged 100% of the regular services rate.
Please be considerate when you reserve an appointment this time is specifically set aside to provide the best service for you. Last minute cancellation is a lost of time and financial resources. In order to minimize this type of occurrence a reservation deposit is required for all appointment.
